Great place, staffs are very helpfull

My visit to the FNAC electronic store in Gennevilliers was exceptionally positive. Super friendly staff, not much discount or promotions, but every thing electronic is available.

It is a good place to visit. They have a good collection for electronic appliances, books, novels , DVD, games, etc.

IS THIS WHAT FRENCH CUSTOMER CARE LOOKS LIKE? I was standing at the front desk when I started feeling extremely dizzy, basically about to faint. Two of the ladies assisting me, grabbed a chair for me before I reach the ground. They then called some security guy (as it is protocol I assumed) to come and check on me. He tried to get my attention "ma'am, ma'am, what is the problem?"...but before I could even process his questions, or even an answer for that matter, he started taking a very impatient and aggressive tone, nearly yelling at me "you don't want to answer me? I can't do anything for you if you do not answer me, why won't you answer me? I can't help you" and just keeps going on and on till the ladies that assisted me earlier pointed out that my face was getting excessively sweaty and suggested to call the emergency services ..... he REFUSED saying "I'm not calling anyone, she doesnt want to answer me, she is not giving me any answers, she told me to leave her alone (which I never said)". With this Covid situation going on I actually did'nt want to bother the medical staff with something that could've been fixed with some water and good rest but from his hostile attitude I just felt like he was taking this personal because somehow I'd hurt his feelings???? I suddenly got so weak that I let myself drop down on the floor from the chair. One lady which I assumed was in charge approached me and asked me how I was feeling, I muttered in french that I just needed to sit still a moment (basically relax). she replied in the most condescending tone ever that this was not the place for it....WELL EXCUSE ME, NEXT TIME I'LL JUST WAIT TO GET HOME TO HAVE MY BODY SHUT DOWN ON ME; while the security dude STILL keeps going on about how I refused to talk to him and allegedly told him to leave me alone.....At that point I just couldnt take it anymore, I waited till I could stand again, called a relative to come and pick me and left the store. I was genuinely hurt by their cold demeanor and just wanted to cry (they ended up calling emergency afterward but I turned it down). When someone is in need, a little compassion or human warmth is the bare minimum you can offer. I experienced none of that expect from the lovely store worker' ladies initially.
