I appreciated the seriousness and professionalism of this publishing house and bookstore which offers selected and difficult to find books. I loved their welcome, their kindness. Its independence allows REAL information to be disseminated in the newspaper “Lectures françaises”.

CATASTROPHIC - Order a cord online at the end of July (to receive it and have it blessed before 08/11). The cord was lost in an envelope without tracking, never received... Observing this, second order at the beginning of August to receive this cord on time (express shipping at €9). I call the bookstore who tells me that they will send me the article the same day I order it, which I must order immediately. I called the next day to find out if the package had been sent and I was told that they forgot and the package was sent way too late. RESULT: The item could not be blessed with the Abbot (an appointment had been made on purpose!), packages never received and more than €30 never refunded as of 09/27. INADMISSIBLE.
